Every Phys-Prep session is coach-led, structured and built around a clear objective.

SESSION STRUCTURE

Every class follows a consistent framework:

• Warm up.

• Primary performance block

• Secondary support work

• Controlled finish and reset

Each session combines physical elements that complement each other. We keep the objective clear and avoid mixing conflicting aims within the same class
