Phys-Prep delivers structured, coach-led 45 minute sessions designed to develop strength, speed , stamina, power, agility and mobility. Each session has a clear aim, building a balanced performance foundation over time.
Sessions are coached throughout, with exercises adjusted to suit different ability levels.
